According to the New York Post, Apple's Eddy Cue (director of services such as iTunes and Apple Music) held meetings with two of Hollywood's biggest studios: Sony Pictures and Paramount Pictures. According to the information Apple should be interested in any type of major acquisitions, rather than buying existing television programs. Apple already does two original series, Carpool Karaoke and reality-TV series Planet of the Apps.
The same data also argue that the company's project for an Apple-branded power insertion service seems very fragmented. Eddy Cue want along with colleagues Robert Kondrk and Jimmy Iovine all be "the one who gets the contract signed."
– Eddy talks with some Jimmy, talking with others. They have no track, claiming a source for the New York Post.
But regardless of how messy it is – it's not hard to imagine a video equivalent of the Apple Music. Apple has previously claimed that they want Apple Music should be about culture, not just music, and few would argue other than that the power belongs to the future.
In a previous interview with the site, Recode, which include false news discussed, argued, however Eddy Cue that he did not have any problems with things going slowly on the video front.
