A few years ago, users are able to print directly via iOS AirPrint with the Protocol. With IOS process became even easier – even though we go more towards digital document management, and less to analog processing as piles of paper.
But sometimes we want to print our digital material to a manageable digital documents such as PDF. It is not the most obvious and it can be a bit messy to find the function. How do you go.
Open a mail
Open the Apple Mail app on your phone and select the Mejo you want to convert to PDF. Then press the Share button.
Here you will option Print . Now you will see a preview of your email, and how it would look on paper. Now you need to zoom in the document to be in PDF mode and you do this by either using knipgesten, or by pressing hard (3D Touch).
at the bottom left is now a new sharing button to appear. Press it and you will be able to select the destination. Have you, for example, Google Drive app installed on your iPhone, you can select it and the same goes for Dropbox, Facebook Messenger and other applications that support PDF.
Send the PDF to a cloud service
Select the app you want to share and save. When the process is complete, you can close your destination app and you have created a PDF document. Important to know is that the images do not always keep up with, and it can happen that the attachments do not work as they should. But it is mainly the text you are looking for – then this is the perfect trick.
