Every year tests Laptop Magazine how good the support of various computer manufacturers are in the US, both online and via telephone. Apple has won several consecutive years, and even tops this year's list.
Apple got 56 out of 60 in the ratings online, and 37 and 40 by telephone. Online figure is the test by far the highest, followed by Acer and Lenovo both received 50. On the phone side, Apple was the second highest, then the Acer trick one point more with 38 out of 40.
After Apple, Acer and Lenovo came Microsoft and HP 82 and 80 in the total rating. Last in the test was MSI who just scraped together 63 points total. Samsung was slightly better with 67, but had testes lowest score for telephone support (27 of 40).
Laptop Magazine tests as the name suggests support for laptops and therefore does not include mobile phones and tablets.
