A new patent reveals that Apple has plans for smarter notifications for Apple Watch, it writes 9to5Mac. The patent describes how the watch using motion data could notice that we are sitting in a car, adjusting the types of alerts that require our attention.

This would only alerts that are considered absolutely necessary to go through, such as navigation instructions and perhaps messages from certain vip-listed persons. The patent also describes how users could adjust what we learn when we run, but also how automakers could leave important notes go to the car's infotainment system (with Carplay) or car speakers, instead of the iPhone and Apple Watch.
That sounds good, but most of all, we look forward to avoid getting notices that are completely useless for the moment.
