Qualcomm has long been accusing Apple of patent infringement relating primarily to chip design. Apple has denied this, and now Reuters reports that Apple has accused Qualcomm of alleging patent infringement against Apple, specifically relating to the Snapdragon 800 and Snapdragon 820 processors. In total, eight different resource-related patents are required.
However, according to Reuters, Apple has expected to accuse Qualcomm of these infringements, even though they have been going on for several years. Possibly, Apple would have a few ace in the rock screen before Qualcomm began to accuse Apple for patent infringement, speculating 9to5mac.
