The quarrel between Apple and the chip maker Qualcomm just gets dirty and dirty. Recently, it was reported that Apple chose to sue Qualcomm for patent infringement, after being sued by the latter, and now it goes into the next phase.
Cult of Mac writes that Qualcomm wants to see an import ban of Iphone X in the United States, this side by side with three new lawsuits for patent infringement. It is specifically the AT & T and T-Mobile versions of Apple's latest flagship to which the desired import ban relates and the Iphone 8 associated with those operators.
In the new appeals, Qualcomm claims that Apple has invaded not less than 16 different patents in the latest Iphone models.
The noise between the two companies began earlier this year when Apple refused to replace Qualcomm for certain patent agreements when the Iphone manufacturer considered that the sum was not fair.
